Legal risk & compliance jobs in UK law firms

Risk and compliance has become one of the fastest-growing functions in UK law firms. Tightening SRA expectations, anti-money-laundering obligations and client due-diligence demands mean every regulated firm now runs a team that did not exist at this scale a decade ago — and the people who staff it are consistently in short supply.

That shortage is why the roles on this page move quickly. It is also why a generalist agency struggles here: the difference between a conflicts analyst and a business acceptance analyst is not obvious from a job title, and getting it wrong wastes everyone’s time. We work in this niche only, which means we can tell you which firms are genuinely hiring rather than simply advertising, and what a role is actually worth before you apply.
