What This Role Involves
- Maintaining the firm's compliance registers — gifts, breaches, undertakings, complaints
- Preparing and filing regulatory returns and keeping the compliance calendar
- Answering day-to-day fee-earner queries on conduct, confidentiality and client money
- Drafting and updating policies as regulation and guidance move
- Delivering compliance training and induction across the firm
- Supporting the COLP and MLCO with monitoring and file reviews
- Investigating and recording breaches, and tracking the remediation that follows
Required Experience & Skills

Typical Salary Range
£36,000 – £57,500
depending on PQE and firm tier.
