What This Role Involves
- Leading and mentoring a team of Business Acceptance and Conflicts Analysts
- Overseeing client and matter reviews for AML, conflicts, sanctions, and reputational risks
- Acting as an escalation point for complex or high-risk matters
- Liaising with partners, General Counsel, and senior compliance stakeholders
- Maintaining and refining risk policies, procedures, and workflows
- Delivering internal training and quality assurance reviews
- Supporting strategic compliance initiatives and regulatory change projects
Required Experience & Skills
Strong understanding of AML, conflicts, and SRA compliance requirements
Proven people management and leadership capabilities
Excellent judgement and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance regulatory compliance with commercial awareness
Strong communication and presentation skills

Typical Salary Range
£60,000 – £105,000+ depending on PQE and firm tier.
