What This Role Involves
- Advising on professional conduct, regulatory compliance, and SRA requirements
- Reviewing and approving new client and matter risk assessments
- Providing legal guidance on conflicts, confidentiality, and data protection issues
- Supporting the firm’s COLP and MLRO with governance matters
- Drafting and maintaining internal risk and compliance policies
- Delivering firm-wide training and awareness sessions
- Leading on incident management and breach reporting
Required Experience & Skills
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
Strong understanding of SRA Codes of Conduct and law firm risk frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication
Commercial awareness and ability to engage senior stakeholders
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail

Typical Salary Range
£60,000 – £105,000+ depending on PQE and firm tier.
