Senior Conflicts Manager – Dubai, Hong Kong or Singapore

A leading international law firm is looking for a Senior Conflicts Manager to join its Risk & Compliance function, with opportunities available in Dubai, Hong Kong or Singapore.

The firm is also open to considering strong candidates currently based in the UK who are interested in relocating.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Conflicts Manager, you will:

Lead and manage the conflicts function, providing technical guidance and oversight across complex and high-risk matters.
Review and advise on legal and commercial conflicts of interest, including complex and sensitive conflict issues.
Provide expert guidance on client confidentiality and associated risk considerations.
Oversee the identification, assessment and resolution of potential conflicts in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with partners, fee earners and other senior stakeholders to provide pragmatic and commercially focused conflicts advice.
Manage, supervise and develop a large team of conflicts professionals, ensuring high standards of performance and service delivery.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in a conflicts management role within an international or leading law firm.
Strong technical and practical knowledge of legal conflicts of interest, commercial conflicts and client confidentiality.
Previous experience managing and supervising large teams, with a proven ability to lead, motivate and develop people.
Strong experience with Intapp Intake.
Experience contributing to or leading policy development and implementation.
