Key Responsibilities for the Clients & Conflicts Administrator role:
- Assist with conducting conflict of interest checks for new clients and matters.
- Support the client onboarding process, including compiling and reviewing information for KYC/AML purposes (training provided).
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems during the new matter opening workflow.
- Liaise with fee-earners and secretaries to gather required information and clarify conflict or client-due-diligence queries.
- Contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc projects within the Risk & Compliance team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A law graduate with a strong academic background.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in Risk & Compliance within the legal sector.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines and operate in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
