A leading international law firm is looking for a Compliance Systems Manager to join their team in London.

The ideal candidate for the Compliance Systems Manager would have a strong understanding of AML, CDD, and client onboarding processes within a law firm with extensive experience with Intapp.

Key Responsibilities for the Compliance Systems Manager:

Lead the ongoing development, configuration, and maintenance of compliance-related systems including Intapp Intake, Walls, and related tools (e.g. WorldCheck, Orbis, Thirdfort).
Represent the Compliance Department in project meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Analyse, document, and improve compliance and business acceptance processes.
Support the Compliance and Senior Management teams with data extraction, reporting, and analytics through Microsoft Reporting Services and other tools.
Participate in system migration and integration projects, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Intapp and other compliance technologies.
Deliver user training and create guidance materials, manuals, and process documentation.

Skills and Experience

Experience in a compliance, business acceptance, or risk function within a law firm.
Extensive hands-on experience with Intapp Intake and Intapp Conflicts; familiarity with Intapp Walls or Terms advantageous.
Strong understanding of AML, CDD, and client onboarding processes.
Proven experience supporting or managing system improvement projects.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interest in learning new systems and tools.
