A leading international law firm is looking for an Engagement Terms Analyst (Remote) to join its expanding Risk & Compliance Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity that offers full remote working for someone with a strong understanding of law firm operations and experience drafting and reviewing engagement letters and client agreements.

Key Responsibilities for the Engagement Terms Analyst (Remote) role:

• Ensure all engagement documentation, including engagement letters and terms of business, are accurate, compliant, and aligned with firm standards.
• Review and evaluate engagement terms and Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), identifying potential legal, commercial, and operational risks.
• Conduct detailed analyses to support firmwide client and sector-focused initiatives, providing insights into engagement trends and associated risks.
• Provide practical guidance and draft responses to internal stakeholders and clients on engagement-related queries.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for questions regarding client engagement terms, supporting partners, legal teams, and business services functions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure a consistent approach and adherence to firm policies.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of engagement processes, templates, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a law firm environment with a solid understanding of legal operations and client engagement processes.
• Demonstrable experience drafting and reviewing engagement letters and advising on engagement terms.
• Familiarity with interpreting Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) and assessing associated legal and commercial risks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
