A leading UK law firm is looking for a Clients & Conflicts Administrator to join their Risk & Compliance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, academically strong law graduate who is looking to build a career in legal risk, compliance within a reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities for the Clients & Conflicts Administrator role:

  • Assist with conducting conflict of interest checks for new clients and matters.
  • Support the client onboarding process, including compiling and reviewing information for KYC/AML purposes (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems during the new matter opening workflow.
  • Liaise with fee-earners and secretaries to gather required information and clarify conflict or client-due-diligence queries.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc projects within the Risk & Compliance team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A law graduate with a strong academic background.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in Risk & Compliance within the legal sector.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines and operate in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
