Conflicts Analyst
A prominent international law firm is looking for an experienced Conflicts Analyst to join their team in their London office. As Conflicts Analyst you will be responsible for identifying and managing potential conflicts of interest, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities for the Conflicts Analyst Role:
- Conduct comprehensive conflict checks.
- Analyse conflict reports and identify potential conflicts of interest.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve identified conflicts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on conflict issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing conflict of interest policies and procedures.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices related to conflict management.
- Support training initiatives for staff on conflict of interest issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a conflict checking or compliance role within a law firm or similar environment.
- Familiarity with Elite and other conflict checking systems is highly desirable.
- Understanding of international regulatory environments and conflict of interest policies.
